THE CLIENT
Phuket Plus is a multi-service travel platform combining tours, rentals, and marketplace functionality within a single ecosystem.
The core challenge wasn’t just design - it was transforming a chaotic mix of services into a structured, conversion-ready digital product.
PROBLEM SPACE
Platform Without Structure
The website tried to serve multiple roles at once: service catalog, marketplace, and informational platform - without clear prioritization
Broken Navigation Logic
Users struggled to find services due to poor organization and lack of hierarchy
No Conversion Entry Points
There were no clear CTAs or booking flows - users had to manually contact the company to proceed
