Project-based

A defined scope, a timeline, and a result you can point at: a store launch, a migration, a redesign, an MVP. We run discovery, fix the scope together, and deliver with our own PM, QA and staging pipeline.

Best for: launches, replatforms, redesigns, one-off builds
You get: fixed scope & timeline, a dedicated PM, weekly demos
Commitment: starts at a few weeks; larger builds run in milestones

Monthly retainer

A standing monthly engagement for work that never really "finishes". Three retainer products run today:

Tech Support (SLA) - monitoring, fixes and small improvements with guaranteed response times
CRO & Retention program - research → experiments → lifecycle campaigns → reporting, every month
AI Search visibility - monthly citation monitoring and GEO iteration

Best for: stores in growth mode that need momentum, not a one-off push
You get: a stable team that knows your stack, monthly reports, and a backlog that actually shrinks

Dedicated team

Our engineers embedded in your organization: your process, your tools, your standup. From a single senior developer to a cross-functional squad (dev + design + QA). You direct the work; we stay responsible for seniority, continuity and replacements.

Best for: long product roadmaps, scaling an in-house team without hiring lag
