How we work

Engagement Models

Every partnership is different, but after 11 years and 350+ projects they all map to one of three shapes. Pick the one that matches how your team works - or ask us on a call and we'll recommend one honestly.

1. Project-based

A defined scope, a timeline, and a result you can point at: a store launch, a migration, a redesign, an MVP. We run discovery, fix the scope together, and deliver with our own PM, QA and staging pipeline.

  • Best for: launches, replatforms, redesigns, one-off builds
  • You get: fixed scope & timeline, a dedicated PM, weekly demos
  • Commitment: starts at a few weeks; larger builds run in milestones

2. Monthly retainer

A standing monthly engagement for work that never really "finishes". Three retainer products run today:

Best for: stores in growth mode that need momentum, not a one-off push. You get: a stable team that knows your stack, monthly reports, and a backlog that actually shrinks.

3. Dedicated team

Our engineers embedded in your organization: your process, your tools, your standup. From a single senior developer to a cross-functional squad (dev + design + QA). You direct the work; we stay responsible for seniority, continuity and replacements.

  • Best for: long product roadmaps, scaling an in-house team without hiring lag
  • You get: hand-picked engineers, transparent seniority, no recruiting overhead
  • Commitment: from 3 months, month-to-month after that

How we start - same in every model

A free discovery call, then a written proposal within 2 business days: scope, team, timeline and budget. Pricing is individual - we'd rather scope honestly than quote a number that changes later. Write to info@urich.org or book a call.
