THE CLIENT
OROY is a contemporary modest wear brand that aims to offer its customers a sense of luxury through simplicity. The primary goal of the project was to create a clean and modern online space where the customer can complete a purchase in just a few clicks without being distracted by unnecessary details.
PROBLEM SPACE
Transformation through Redesign
It was necessary transform the existing website into a refined, high-performance eCommerce experience that meets the standards of "quiet luxury" and minimalism.
Bilingual Complexity (LTR/RTL)
Implementing full support for English and Arabic, which required a complete interface adaptation for Right-to-Left (RTL) reading for the Arabic version.
User Journey Optimization
Reducing the number of steps to purchase to a minimum while ensuring high loading speeds and intuitive navigation.
Data Migration
Securely transferring the entire database of products, categories, and customers from the existing site while maintaining data integrity.
WHAT WE DID
Premium Minimalism Strategy
Developed an interface where the primary focus is on large, high-quality product imagery and effective use of white space.
Custom Shopify Development
Created two separate themes to correctly display English and Arabic content, taking into account regional linguistic nuances (Emirati Arabic).
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Implemented a "Quick Buy" feature and integrated express payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
SEO Integration
Fully optimized the structure and content to increase brand visibility in search engines.
TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION
Created a complete visual concept in Figma with iterative feedback from the OROY team to achieve perfect minimalism.
Transferred and cleaned product data to ensure a clear and professional presentation on the new platform.
Technical development on Shopify with specific attention to responsiveness and the correct functionality of the RTL version.
Conducted rigorous testing of speed and functionality, alongside providing basic training for the client’s team on managing the new system.
