The client is a Swiss startup operating an online store for imported food products, built on WordPress and WooCommerce.
The goal was to modernize the platform, improve usability, and extend standard eCommerce functionality with custom operational tools for warehouse management, tax handling, and customer verification

Rebuilt the user interface for both storefront and administrative workflows
Extended default WooCommerce functionality with custom plugins for logistics and compliance
