01 Discussing

The client introduces to the company the project and his requirements to specialists.

02 Team selection

The company selects specialists based on client requirements and forms the team.

03 Signing of an agreement

The client and the company sign a contract and receive the dedicated team.

04 Working

The team starts to work on the client project from the company office.

05 Monitoring progress

The client manages the team from their side or assigns the service provider’s project manager (if he is a part of the dedicated team) to coordinate the communication process.

06 Administrative support

The company is responsible for attracting new specialists and administrative support to the team.

07 Payment

The client pays for a dedicated team monthly, depending on the team size. The payment is composed of members’ salaries + service provider’s fee, which includes administrative overheads.
